Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
You pay the full amount upfront, either by bank transfer or via a payment link we send you on WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed. No deposit is required.
Can I use the speakers outdoors?
Only in a fully sheltered spot, never exposed to rain, moisture or direct heat. If the weather turns, move them inside.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up until 24 hours before the agreed delivery time. We refund the full amount within 5 business days.
Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?
Yes, you or an adult you've appointed needs to be present at both delivery and pickup.
What if something goes wrong with the equipment during my rental?
Message us on WhatsApp right away. We'll troubleshoot with you and fix or replace the equipment; if we can't, we refund the rental price for the time you couldn't use it.
